To place an order, simply browse our products, select your desired item(s), choose the quantity or variant if applicable, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready, go to your cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details, choose your preferred payment method, and confirm your order. You’ll receive an order confirmation email or SMS once the process is complete.

Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with your order details and tracking link (if applicable). If you don’t see the confirmation in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s still missing, reach out to our support team with your registered email or phone number.

We understand that mistakes can happen! If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update your address. Please contact our support team within 2 hours of placing your order for any changes. Once the order has been dispatched, we’re unable to modify the address.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.

We’re truly sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can monitor your shipment in real-time.

We want you to love what you ordered! If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing the issue.

To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Delivery timelines depend on your location:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other regions: 5–7 business days
  • Remote areas: up to 10 business days

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to stay updated on your order’s journey.
